6-month limited warranty
Ilumefy products include a six-month limited warranty from delivery against verified manufacturing defects, unless a longer written warranty is shown on the product page or invoice.
What is covered
Covered faults include a manufacturing defect that prevents normal operation when the product was correctly selected, installed, powered, and used in the stated environment. We may inspect, test, repair, replace, or refund the affected product depending on the fault and available stock.
Burned or misused products
The voluntary warranty does not cover burn marks, melted components, overheating, over-voltage, reverse polarity, short circuits, an undersized or incompatible power supply, water exposure on an indoor-rated product, physical damage, unauthorized modification, incorrect cutting, or unsafe installation. Mains-voltage products should be installed by a qualified technician.
Make a claim
Stop using the product and contact us with the order reference, product and variant, installation details, power-supply rating, and clear photos or video. Keep the full product and accessories until the review is complete. We aim to acknowledge claims within 1 business day.
Your legal rights
These exclusions apply to the voluntary limited warranty; they do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded for goods that were defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or wrongly supplied.
