Privacy & checkout data
When you submit checkout, we save the contact, delivery, payment-method choice, and cart details needed to assist with the order—even if you do not press Send in WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use checkout data to answer your enquiry, confirm availability and delivery, prevent fraud or abuse, fulfil an order, handle returns and warranty requests, and understand aggregate store performance. We do not store online-banking passwords, card numbers, or mobile-wallet PINs.
Storage and protection
Lead and admin records are stored in Cloudflare D1. The public site connects through protected server routes; admin access uses expiring HTTP-only sessions. Rate limits, validation, and duplicate-request controls reduce automated abuse.
Retention and choices
Non-converted leads are retained for up to 180 days and then removed automatically. Converted order records may be retained longer for fulfilment, accounting, disputes, returns, and warranty support. Ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer required, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs.
